Unless there is a plan in place to ensure payment plan to pay off debt is not a good to take on, otherwise the company would survive

Having two governance structure would require a clear plan of communication to its members, otherwise it would total confuse the membership whose their representative

I beieve our organization is viewed legit by our members, if the members felt weren’t meeting our service and support the membership lets us know, during district conference call, in person meeting, annual meeting and one on one Presidents touch base.

Thanks, Mary! Can you tell me more about the one-on-one Presidents touch base? Is this a regular process or program?

“I thoroughly enjoyed the Good Governance Matters course offered by Co-operatives First. The course provided a solid background on governance generally and specific examples of good governance practices in co-operatives. It is uncommon to find governance training specific to co-operatives so this was refreshing.”
