Evaluating your Co-op’s Board of Directors

Your co-op’s success is determined by the choices your board makes and the work they oversee. But how do you know if you’re doing a good job? And how do you identify gaps in your board’s skills that are hindering your work? This webinar will offer tips and a framework for evaluating your board of directors, and practical resources for conducting a self-evaluation. Completing a board evaluation will help you identify gaps to address through recruitment or with professional development.
