Speaker Bio:
Jennifer Williams, Founder and Lead Advisor of Ownership Design Group, is a three-time business owner and former Operations Director, Board Chair, and CEO of an employee-owned worker co-operative. Her experience spans multiple geographies, languages, and industries, from microcredit initiatives in Northern Ghana to building sustainable ownership models in Ottawa. Since 2015, she has designed employee ownership solutions across engineering, agriculture, consulting, and construction, and in 2017 founded ODG (then Firefly Insights) to bring financial, governance, and cultural design together into lasting transitions. Jennifer speaks regularly at industry events, podcasts, and TEDx-style platforms on how business can be a force for good.
