Building Your Director Orientation Plan

With your co-op’s AGM in the rearview mirror, it’s time for your new board to get to work. But first, you might want to consider some professional development.

With new directors joining your board, you’ll need a plan to bring them up to speed. Many directors serving on a co-op’s board will have little experience working with a co-op, and likely need some training to understand this unique corporate structure and excel as directors.
