Start-up tips from Co-op Entrepreneurs

Starting a business is hard work, and navigating the steps to create a co-op may be new territory for you and your team. In this informative session, learn more about the flexibility the co-op model offers and gain some tips from two co-op entrepreneurs.

Kyle was joined by Lindsay Alliban and Kevin Raymond, who shared their insights on building grassroots co-ops and navigating the start-up process. Lindsay Alliban is an economic development officer, consultant, and founding member of three co-ops in southwest Saskatchewan. Kevin Raymond is the Executive Director of the Primrose Lake Economic Development Corporation and a founding member of the Ile-a-la-Crosse Co-operative Association. Their community leadership and business acumen are invaluable for anyone starting a small business.
