Blooming Petals Childcare Cooperative

When the non-profit Truly Alive Foundation noticed that participants in its Women Employment Readiness program could not attend classes due to a lack of childcare, the organization took action. It spearheaded the creation of a childcare co-operative to meet the needs of women in Saskatoon who needed childcare spaces in order to accept employment opportunities. Here is their story:
